Drawing Idioms
Each student should choose, or be given, an idiom and its definition. The student should draw a picture of the idiom that represents both the literal and intended meaning of the phrase so that it may be posted in the room and referred to when necessary. Students should present their pictures to the class, you may want to have them use the idiom in a sentence/situation.
