Game
Students play in pairs. You need a copy of this game for each pair. They start at “HOME”. They roll the dice, and the first who gets 6 will be the first player. If they are on a number which has no instruction written in it then they just have to say a sentence in the tense given by the teacher, if there is the instruction they have to follow it. e.g. If a student is on number 9, he doesn’t have to say anything but just moves to number 13 and then he/she says the sentence They are having a party. If they are on number 22, then they have to go back to number 15. Number 15 also has an instruction so they follow it and go to stand on the bridge, without saying anything. If a student makes a mistake in saying a sentence, they go back to the nearest bridge or if they make a mistake on numbers from 1-6 then they go back “HOME”. The aim of this game is to come first to “SCHOOL”.
You can play this game for all tenses and to practice everyday actions.
