Print, and cut the boxes into individual rectangles. Put all of them into a hat or container, and have the students pick one rectangle randomly. The student has to act out both the adjective and the noun well enough for the class to guess what it is. This is a fun game and it can kill around ten minutes of time. You can customize the adjective+noun boxes to whatever you want.
