FRIENDS
This was a fun excercise for my middle school students. I wanted to review comparatives/superlatives with them so I decided to watch an episode of friends. It doesnīt require a lot of prep at all. I actually only made this worksheet for this website.
My students are intermediate level. As we watched the 8 minute clip of friends, I paused every minute or so and asked for them to come up with sentences out loud. You can youtube this episode of friends. Itīs call "Thanksgiving with Friends". At the end I asked them come up with any more sentences they could. Finally, We read each one and identified them as "comparative" or "superlative." FUN!!!
