Phrasal Verbs 1
This is a lesson plan for phrasals verbs. First elicit the words on the board by describing a situation. Write the words in a sentence related to the student. Then, have students match the definitions to first group of sentences with bolded phrasals. Next, have students read the last group of sentences, fill in the answers, then have them once again match the proper definition to the sentence. After addressing questions, discuss the questions below. Feel free to also teach the extra idioms. Enjoy!
