This is a visual cue card with answers on the back. My students love this activity. Itīs a chain of conditionals that helps them repetitively practise/drill the new structure. Each īresult clauseī becomes a new condtion. eg If I go shopping, I will buy new shoes. If I buy new shoes, I will go dancing. If I go dancing, I will meet a new partner... etc etc. Their answers are incredibly funny!! To help them get started I use this cue card. I ask them how they can go shopping one Saturday and either end up getting married or in hospital?! Then I cue them with the card and the intsructions on the back.
