READING + WRITING + LISTENING with Madonna (1/2)
Part 1 of this Ws consists of a piece of text about Madonna´s biography(early career,family,awards) some questions about what the Ss have been told in it, some other questions that challege their knowledge about their favourite celebrity & a writing exercise to talk about the difference between pop & rock´n´roll music.
As a way to make Ss get interested in it, I made up this line: "Madonna hasn’t visited Spain many times but she has many fans in our country and thousands of fans could enjoy her music in her last concert"; you could modify "Spain" for your country´s name. The text is mostly adapted from the info provided by Wikipedia to make reading easier for Ss.
