This is a three part activity. The students must read the story, then choose what they believe to be the five most important sentences in the story. They then will find the definitions for the given vocabulary and make a new sentence for each word. There is a small slot for a drawing activity the younger students will enjoy. The teacher may want to discuss the meaning an moral of the story with their students to check for comprehension.
