A handout on auxiliary modals (would, may, should, could,...) and a selection of advice-seeking columns. After reviewing the modals with students share the advice-seeking columns. Go over the first two examples and discuss the responses to people´s concerns. Then assign groups of students to come up with their own advice to the four samples on the worksheet.
