This is a detailed reading actvity about herbs-their main characteristics, the usage and the dangers of it. Divide the class in to groups and assign each group a section that theyshould cover. They must explain how it contributes to cooking, medicine, give backround information about it, why is it a herb, who found it, etc. Students can also add more information about the herb they are investigating.
