The Verb Marathon
Students must race to the finish of the Verb Marathon by drawing aline connecting all the verbs. At the starting line (run) they draw aline to the next verb (walk) ad so on, until they reach the finish. My students really seemed to enjoy this worksheet. Afterwards we read about the Boston Marathon. If anyone is interested I can post the Boston Marathon reader aswell.
