Fawlty Towers - Waldorf Salad Jumble
Give each pair of students a set of the strips, and ask them to construct a dialogue between a customer and a restaurant manager. Answer any questions about vocabulary. After they have ALMOST finished, play the scene from the "Fawlty Towers" episode "Waldorf Salad" so they can check (and correct) their version.
You can then use the "Waldorf Salad" worksheet that I posted for general listening comprehension for the entire episode.
