Excuses Using "If" "Can" and "Because" - Making a Cartoon B-1
This is designed to be used with Making a Cartoon B-2. In this worksheet, students will be writing the dialogue to make cartoons. Students will make questions with "Can" and then they have to write an excuse using "because." They will then make a question using the conditionals "If...Can...?" Finally, they can write any response for the final cartoon frame. Iīve used this worksheet as part of my demonstration class and itīs been a big hit with classes of 35+ students.
The difference between this and worksheets A-1/A-2 is that I have included instructions in Korean. There is also a box on B-2 which contains some vocabulary words that might be helpful to lower level students. If your students are of a higher ability, you should give them worksheets A-1 and A-2
