Classification Activity using Teddy Graham Crackers
This activity was adapted from workshop activities presented at a FAST conference in Florida. I used it with students to reinforce the concept of classification and to allow them to use newly introduced vocabulary in a non-threatening atmosphere to build confidence with use of new words. After discussing their classification schemes, students wrote answers to the questions.
