Telling Jokes - Reported speech Telling Jokes - Reported speech

Two worksheets, Student A + Student B (see page 2). Students read their jokes and rewrite them changing direct speech into indirect speech. I suggest you pair students A+A, B+B for this part of the activity. Then they meet another student (A+B) and retell their jokes using the given verbs, without looking back at the original jokes. Finally they choose the best joke. Have fun!
