Walk the Line, Johnny Cash Dictagloss
I usually use this as an introduction to the song "Ring of Fire." (I´ve posted the lyrics for it as well.) Treat it as a dictagloss getting the students to try to recreate the text first individually, then in pairs, then as a class. It, followed by the song "Ring of Fire," works great as a complete lesson. An easy song for Elementary students and a great example of practical past simple. Enjoy!
