There are numerous ways to use this ws in the process. Its recipe is the following: It just requires a bit of imagination, a droplet of effor and a grain of desire! Mix that all well and serve hot!!! Shake the world and stir the imagination!!! =)))
This is the first part (hopefully, not the last one)of the ´workbook´ I´ve started arranging for my students. It provides them with great activities, topics for discussions, poems themselves and the new vocabulary.
Here are some suggestions on how you can use and implement them in the teaching process. There´re activities which can be played in teams. I.e. divide your Ss into teams and make them think of all the words that rhyme with, say, word ´life´. Which team gives more correct words, wins.
