Passive voice worksheet and flashcard
This is a fun activity to make the passive voice a little less overwhelming. The first page is play on Madlibs, that is you are given the "people/animals", "Past participle verb", and "passive verb tense", and the student has to make sentences out of them. Some of them are silly, but it encourages imagination, and it is a lot of fun comparing answers.
Then there flash cards, in which students a team of students will write down what "people/animals", "Past participle verb", or "passive verb tense", and then place them in a pile. Each team will draw one from each pile and have to make a sentence out of the combinations they find, it is a fun silly game, that will get students talking.
