The Telephone Game
This is a game I used in my high-school classes that focused on difficult words for the learners at my school. They are fairly typical errors by Korean native speakers. Differentiation between long and short vowel sounds, distinguishing between /f/ and /p/, /s/ and /sh/. Etc.
You can talk about these things in your class and it could be used as a lead-in to tongue twisters which would further challenge your students.
