Make your own calendar activity: part 1 of 3
A fun way for students to practice the Months Of The Year! First, they fill in the speaking bubble with whatever dialogue they think fits the cartoon. Then they flip the page to see what the Artist gRon Wheelerh had originally written. My students loved this activity, after we were done; we practiced the days of the week and began to fill in our calendars with our schedules. We cut out our new calendars and posted them around the classroom. There are three parts in this set which together make up an annual calendar. The cartoons are from an artist called Ron Wheeler and have been used with permission.
