Multi-topic Project
This projects consists of 6 exercises which set different tasks: translating sentences from Spanish into English (when you say "tengo 40 aņos" they may translate it as "I have got 40..."). This exercises attempts to raise awareness of the differences between the two languages, and of how it is important not to translate everything we want to say from our native language into English literally.
The second exercises asks to put the verbs in the right tense.
The third one asks to write sentences about oneself using adverbs of frequency.
In the fourth exercises students have to find the mistakes in the sentences and correct them.
The fifth is similar to the fourth, and what students have to do is write sentences about their plans for the next weekend.
And the last one, is an exercises in which they have to match the verbs be, have, get, fall, move and meet with different collocations.
