Vocab Exercise and Communication Activity - SPECIALLY AIMED at teachers frustrated at supposedly high-level students´ overuse of simple adjectives like "beautiful", "difficult" and "happy". Grrrrrr! (WITH KEY) First, students test and expand their knowledge of adjectives (PAGE 2) and then there is pairwork - some conversation questions reviewing some of these adjectives. For an upper-intermediate level. Best to do the first part with a monolingual dictionary as sometimes there is no exact translation.
