Professions match
HOW TO PLAY
I teach English in groups of 2-3 children but I am sure this could work in a school class too. You can also add many more professions as you go along.
Mix the description type cards and the other ones with the name of the profession. The idea is that they make pairs with the cards they have in hand.
If they get any then they lay them in front of them and read them out loud as they place them on the table.
They take it in turns and ask their game mates for the profession they are describing,
If they do not get one from the person they ask, then they pick one card from the shuffle pile.
