Making Vegetable Soup activity cards
I like to use these activity cards when we do our "Healthy Me" unit at the beg of the year. We discuss healthy foods and do this activity before we actually make vegetable soup in our classroom. It makes a good retelling center also. We make a class book with this same concept. Each page says, "___(childīs name) put _____ into our vegetable soup." Iīve used both pictures of the students & their veggie and kid drawn pictures to illustrate this book.
