Underneath the video there´s a description of the episode, it´s about saving energy, the environment and healty eco-friendly activities It´s a magazine show, created by an afterschool workshop of teens in Boston. The pack includes a before watching section, where ss have to complete a small chart following the smae format of the info-gap charts (http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=262198#thetop), but in this case, about the episode they are baout to watch, based on the decsription that´s included in the link above Then there´s some vocab related to magazine/news show people The whole wtaching section, includes a who is who, based on the ppl and tehir roles in the show And some other listening comprehension exercises, like puting in order the questions of the interview, and mathcingthe interviewees to their answers. On the next page there is a fill in the blanks with a word bank, T or F... The first two activities, the who is who, ad then a small secton about the format of the show, should be done after watching the full episode. Then the following activites are based on specific segments, so the teacher should play the sgements one by one according to the activties *Please keep in mind, that it´s real material, the pronunciation is not that clear-cut, and some ss may find the charcaters spekaing too fast for them. So watch the video first,m and decide if it´s appropiate for your students. When I did it, I knew it was going to be hard to understand, so I played the episode and/or segments repeated times for each exercise.
