Forest Family Forever Summary
This is a summary of the video at RAN.org´s Forest Family Forever Video. I had the students read the summary first, before showing the video. This served two purposes: it gave the students an opportunity for reading comprehension and it assisted the students in listening comprehension. The pictures were obtained at www.fotosearch.com to aid comprehension. I did vocabulary and a warm up activity before this. This was a second lesson on rainforests. Go to RAN.org for other printables to accompany this lesson. It worked well.
