Got Milk? Cow Gameboard with tokens and greyscale version included.
About this game:
Bestsy the cow is on strike. She is tired of giving milk. Help her run away by leading her to the large space in the fence!
Your students will need dice and tokens to play this game. I have provided some little tokens for you. (If Betsy leaves the farm there will be no dairy products. That means no cheese, no ice-cream, no yogurt and of course no milk!)
This game was meant to go with my cow cards that I posted some time ago. Those cards are blank on one side, so you or your students will have to add the words to them (either on the computer or by hand).
I drew the cow, fence and flowers in Microsoft Office Word. (Care to guess how I did the flowers?)
This game may be part of an animal theme, farm theme or part of a unit on dairy products and healthy eating. If you like this game, you may also like my gameboards that have the shape of an ice-cream cone, an ear of corn and a pineapple. If you need more animal games, you may want to check out my giraffe gameboard, my turtle gameboard or my lion gameboard. Each of them has matching cards. I have other animal cards as well.
For this game…Your students must role a dice and take a card from a deck that you have provided. Then they must read, spell, define or use the word on the card in a sentence before they can move ahead. There are more than 30 spaces on the board.
Have fun! I will add the link for my cow cards in the comments section.
