Opening class
This may be used as an "opening class" activity where students will express their opinion towards English and share their views with their classmates. It is supposed to be a fun and relaxed ativity to low studentīs anxiety level on their first day of class. Suggested procedures: Pictures may be pasted on different corners of the classroom and students will stand near the ones they feel more comfortable with. Then, theyīll express their opinions saying if they like English and justifying their answers, using the language in the next pictures (easy, fun, oring, etc). Finally, students walk around the class and interview their friends, sharing their views related to the English language.
