How to Write a Haiku or an SMS Poem
The first sheet contains sample vocabulary. It can be used by students to make a single-coloured haiku or a multi-coloured haiku. The second sheet contains sample haikus and some basic rules. Activity meant to develop creativity and appreciate the beauty of language. Students read their haikus aloud to the rest of the class. This can be followed by a discussion.
