This activity is designed to stimulate in depth discussion among small groups of intermediate to advanced students. The topic of discussion is how to promote volunteerism among high school students. Each student is given a role (school administrator, teacher, student, parent, and volunteer coordinator). Students are encouraged to satisfy the needs of their own character while simultaneously taking into account the desires of other group members.
