English worksheet: Attendance Record Attendance Record

Since attendance is voluntary in many adult ESL classes, I developed this worksheet to use with my advanced adult ESL students. At the end of each month, I give each student a summary of his/her attendance for the month, and each records the info onto this worksheet. It gives them a concrete example of the importance of attendance AND gives them a sense of ownership in their learning.
