With this one, I usually give each role to several students in the class. I tell them not to show anyone in the class. Then you listen to how each student solves his/her problems. This is Role Play 4 in a set of work sheets designed for Business English Students. The role plays can be adusted for more or fewer students, though I think that 6 is the optimal amount. My students have taken it very seriously and have enjoyed the game a lot. Have fun.
