This activity implies good grammar knowledge, as well as vocabulary, depending on the chosen topic. Laughing is not considered a mistake, but with advanced students, hesitating or repeating twice the same word (I was in my bedroom, er... in my bedroom and...) can be considered a mistake. Very funny and challenging. A very good introductive activity.
