This is an exercise I´ve used with my students to introduce Irish culture. I have sticked some complete texts on the walls around the class. Students work in pairs. One student has to stand up, read the text and dictate the information in order to fill in the gaps. I hope you will find it useful. I´ve sent the text, the text for students and the reference.
