Witches´s Brew overhead projector demonstration of poem part 1

This is an adaptation I wrote of a traditional anonymous poem that is a recipe for a Halloween witches´s brew. The teacher makes the witches´s brew concoction in a glass bowl on an overhead projector. Students are fascinated as the teacher adds the eyes of a snake (lentils), the blood of a lion´s tail (red food coloring), and other interesting ingredients. Alkaselzer makes the brew bubble, and bleach turns the colored brew clear again, as if by magic. Bedazzle your students.
