Here is a fun way to teach colours to very young learners. cut the ice cream scoops, stick a "scratch" at the back of the scoop. then create your own ice cream, assembling the different scoops (give a taste to each scoop: brown = chocolate yellow = banana) i´ve done this lesson with children aged 5 and it worked very well. then give to your pupils three white scoops and ask them to create their favourite ice cream.
