Free Hugs - East/West cultural comparison
This is a cultural comparison lesson based on the Youtube Free Hugs videos(the addresses are at the bottom of the worksheet, but you can search easily for any countries you want as the ´Free Hugs´ campaign was done in most countries). I´ve used Sydney and HK. Students love watching the clips, and they´re great examples of cultural differences in touching and expressiveness, and a good lead in to a lesson on these.
