Magazine Treasure Hunt
This large activity is good to use in a lower level class with students who are visual, tactile learners.
Please read the first page for the lesson outline. One drawback to this lesson is the preparation time. i.e Scissors for each student, various magazines and newspapers, oh..and then the clean-up after the lesson.
Students afterwards need to gather all the clippings and later present their findings in a short in-class presentation.
