This is a rubric for a writing project for ESL students of a variety of nationalities, in which they must write about a specific topic in their country and also follow a detailed, multi-draft writing process. I have students that are emerging into mainstream courses use this rubric as a guide to their writing. Itīs possible to change the content criteria but keep the writing criteria.
