Making Polite Requests page 2
After students have practiced formulating polite requests/complaints to resolve problems, they compare what they wrote to what a client wrote. Students analyze and improve the client´s complaints. I updated this 2009 worksheet today, Aug.15, 2014 with an answer key and examples of a rude way to express what the polite examples modeled for comparison. Some students will not have practiced formulating polite requests since that was another worksheet here http://www.eslprintables.com/vocabulary_worksheets/education/polite_requests/Making_Polite_Requests_page_1_308796/#this , but they can read the examples of polite formulations and then write similar sentences.
