This activity can be useful when practicing Reported Speech. 1) In the first part, students are supposed to discuss what kind of secrets people can have. 2) Then, in part B, students predict the direct form for the reported sentences. 3) After that, you play the song "Do you want to know a secret?" (The Beatles) and they check their answers.
