Teachers can use this worksheet as an activity in the class or use it for testing student to their learning about usual and personal activities.In first part,student should choose the correct answer and tick it.In second part,they should again choose the correct phrase and write it down on fill each blank.
Note:As i planned this worksheet by Microsoft Office Word 2007,
you may have some problem whit unscramble sentences,if you should downloaded it,you have to open it with Word 2007.
