Story Comprehension Story Comprehension

This is an article about a prison escape with questions at the end to test the studentīs comprehension of the reading. They may look back at the reading to answer the questions or not, depending on the level of the students. The teacher should time the activity. Have the students raise their hands or turn in their worksheet when completed. Times will vary based on skill. I had a 4th grade class complete the reading and questions between 2-6 minutes while some students in an 8th grade class took as long as 10 min.
