Survey Activity with Adjectives
After teaching beginner-level students opposite adjectives (e.g., big/small, quiet/noisy, beautiful/ugly, etc.), use this simple one-page worksheet to get them talking! First, students write 3 unique (ideally, subjective) survey questions, using the form, "Is (Are) ...[adjective] or [adjective]?" Then, they interview 5 classmates, note their answers, and write out the results of their survey.
