The Devil´s dictionary - Relative pronouns and clauses
This activity was designed for the Ss to know how to create their own definitions about famous people, places, dates, objects and animals using the Relative pronouns. There is a text about Anbrose Bierce who created the Devil´s dictionary. A dictionary in which there are cinic meanings for the words. Eg.: A dentist is a person who opens up your mouth and takes coins out of your pocket.
