The worksheet is based on the first part of the song. My students (junior high school kids) are big fans of Fergie, so I thought the activities could be enjoyable for them. I concentrated on adjectives. There is a creative bit: inventing an adjective based on student´s name. It could be fun if the class is imaginative. The worksheet contains an answer sheet for teacher. I hope you will find it useful.
