Humankind is steadily moving to new scientific discoveries. But at the same time we’re getting weaker, partly because of the progress, partly because of the lifestyle. Some years ago most people used to keep fit by doing morning exercises. Now it has all gone. The greatest thing one can do in the morning is to rush to his kitchen to have a cup of coffee. Unaware that coffee harms his heart.
Just let’s have a look at how we live our lives. If you continually abuse your body with poor eating, no exercises, excess alcohol, and drugs, expect your body to retaliate. It’s only trying to warn you. Because you are how you live! You are the master of your own life!
A healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean treadmills salads everyday. In order to preserve health to old age it is necessary to stick to the following rules which deserve particular attention and they are so simple that even a child can learn them.
