The first step here is vocabulary explanation or dictionary work. Next, students categorise the vocabulary items and explain in pairs why they´ve put some of them in "it depends" column. It often turns out to be an interesting exercise ´cause students usualy have different opinions. To my mind, it should followed by personality part 2.
