CAFE vs CAFE (useful collocations) 2 pages
This is a flashcard that you can you for SPEAKING ACTIVITIES amd EXPANDING students´ VOCABULARY.
First, it points out the difference between CAFE and COFFEE (students usually confuse these two words). Then there are a lot of useful collocations and expressions connected with COFFEE.
You can use it for SPEAKING and talk more about these. How to prepare coffee / What coffee do you prefer / Where do you buy or drink coffee etc. Alternatively, you can give students just the picture (CAFE vs COFFEE) and ask them various questions connected with coffee. The collocations and expression might help. (I also publish at www.helpforenglish.cz, where you can see this worksheet as well)
