Basic phonetics for everyone
Hi there!
This is the worksheet I´ve prepared for my high school students who were starting to learn how to use transcription given in the dictionaries. I have chosen the most problematic phonemes, but you can enrich the collection if you please. The tasks for the students are not complicated.
My tipp: first of all, make students repeat the sounds after you several times (they can bring the mirrors to see what is happening to their speech apparatus when they produce sounds), then go to the exercises.
